Refund Policy – NORLENO

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at NORLENO. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items returned under our voluntary return policy must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is also required.

To request a return, contact us at support@norleno.com with your order number and the details of your request.

Once your return has been accepted, we will provide the relevant return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Where required by law, refunds will be processed within the applicable legal time limits.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Email support@norleno.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible.

If the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights, which may include a replacement or refund. UK customers retain refund rights for faulty or misdescribed goods, including sale items. 

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us at support@norleno.com.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. In some cases, the quickest option may be to return the original item and place a new order.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility when returning an item because of a change of mind.

If the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect, NORLENO will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide alternative return instructions.
